Snowhotel Family is now officially a “Great Place To Work”

The Great Place To Work certification is a recognition granted by a third party, Great Place To Work. The certification is a reliable and globally respected acknowledgment that indicates an excellent employee experience, a trust-based corporate culture, and a commitment to building a good workplace. The employee experience is evaluated through the Trust Index employee survey, so the certification is based on employees’ genuine experiences.

Of the 54 employees who responded to the Snowhotel Family personnel survey, 100 percent believe that Snowhotel Family is an excellent place to work overall. In a typical Finnish company, the corresponding figure is 38 percent, and among the top five similarly sized companies in Finland awarded in 2024, the figure is 98 percent. 100 percent of respondents say that here I can be myself, people are treated equally, it is pleasant to come to work here, and fair compensation is received for work.
