Great Place to Work has published its list of Europe’s best small and medium-sized workplaces for 2025, and Snowhotel Family is ranked 55th on the list. Only four companies from Finland made it onto the list.
The European list is based on a survey of more than 1.5 million employees. The list is based on responses from over 300,000 employees at companies that met strict eligibility criteria: the company must have 50–499 employees in Europe, Great Place To Work certification, and a ranking on at least one national list of best workplaces in Europe.

Lapland suffers from a labor shortage, and the local workforce alone is not enough to meet the growing demand for tourism.
