Founded by Heidi and Ville Haavikko in 2008, the family-owned business Snowhotel Family offers bucket list experiences at three locations in Rovaniemi: the attraction and hotel resort Arctic Snowhotel & Glass Igloos in Lehtojärvi, the snow activity park Snowman World, and gingerbread village Piparina Day Cabins & Dining, in Santa Claus Village.  

In 2026, Snowhotel Family was named the best workplace in Lapland in the medium-sized company category in a competition organised by the Lapland Chamber of Commerce and its partners.

As a tourism partner, our ambition is to be the most reliable and interesting partner for tour operators and other travel industry professionals. With three distinctive destinations, we bring together accommodation, dining, activities and Arctic experiences with one partner.
