Snowhotel Family is now officially a “Great Place To Work”
The Great Place To Work certification is a recognition granted by a third party, Great Place To Work. The certification is a reliable and globally respected acknowledgment that indicates an excellent employee experience, a trust-based corporate culture, and a commitment to building a good workplace. The employee experience is evaluated through the Trust Index employee survey, so the certification is based on employees’ genuine experiences.
In the 2026 employee survey, 75 of our employees participated, and an impressive 99% rated Snowhotel Family as an overall great place to work. The results reflect a strong culture of trust, community, and positive workplace atmosphere: 97% of respondents agreed that new employees are warmly welcomed, management understands that mistakes are a natural part of working life, and employees can feel proud to be part of the organization. We are especially pleased that 30 survey statements showed improvement compared to the previous year, demonstrating that our long-term commitment to developing the employee experience is delivering results.
